Order Processing Time
- Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Please note, orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
- Orders Over $200: We offer free shipping on all orders over $200.
- Orders Under $200: A flat shipping fee of $15 is applied.
- Please note, we currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available.
Shipping Methods
- Most orders are shipped via our third-party freight carriers using 18-wheeler trucks. For items requiring freight shipping, you will be contacted to arrange a curbside delivery appointment. It is essential to provide a correct phone number at checkout to facilitate this process.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
- Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms that your order has been received in our system and your payment method has been approved.
- We do not charge your credit card until your item is shipped. For back-ordered items, we may hold a charge to secure your product.
- You will receive a shipment notification as soon as your order is dispatched, complete with a tracking number to monitor its progress.
